COVID-19

It is everybody’s responsibility to help keep each other safe during this time.

To ensure the safety of our staff and all the families / clients we deliver services too we ask that you follow these COVID-19 requirements.

Failure to do so may result in cancelation charges or the termination of our therapy agreements.

You must cancel or reschedule to a telehealth session if you or a member of your household answer yes to any of the following conditions:

– are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or illness, including: Fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, body aches, sore or scratchy throat, headache, runny nose, muscle pain, vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, or loss of smell or taste.

– have been a close contact with a COVID-19 case or have been asked to self-isolate by a health official in the last two (2) weeks.

– have tested positive to COVID-19 via a PCR or RAT test in the last two (2) weeks.
– have recently converted from positive to negative COVID-19 status in the last seven (7) days.

– are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 PCR test.
